An email page pops up with the pack details you are interested in

which sends an email to us and automatically outlines the pack number and name that

you have chosen 

we will email you the total cost inclusive of shipping to your door along with our direct

deposit details for payment.

our payment options include paypal (giving you piece of mind with a secure online

transaction), direct deposit to our Madison West banking account (details will

be forwarded to you via email).

we also accept cheques and postal money orders. Please make cheques and postal

orders payable to Madison West and put your home address and telephone number

on the back.

delivery times and postal charges:

the house of Madison West is delighted to deliver to any destination worldwide.

postage and packaging to anywhere in Australia is a flat rate of $15.00AUD (delivery is

usually 3-4 working days from date of order).

for international destinations we will calculate the postage and packaging costs at the

time of ordering and let you know prior to payment. We endeavour to ensure you

receive the most cost effective and reliable service to your door.

stock availability:

as couture items each pack is unique and one of its kind, so our shop lists all available

stock at any one time. Our website is always up to date and we will post notices from

time to time letting you know what exciting things are coming up. You may even wish to

place an item on hold and we can send it to you when it becomes available.
